It is through the heart only that we can connect ourselves with our higher being. So, there is a tremendous amount of wisdom behind meditating on the heart.

In our spiritual practice, the Goal should ever be kept in view, for which hard work is essential. However, feeling and the involvement of the heart are likewise essential. If hard work is taken as forced labour, there will be no benefit.

The home is the training ground for submission and endurance, etc. It is the greatest form of penance and sacrifice.

Heartfulness is all about awareness, awareness with affection and love.

Adjust your lifestyle according to your aspirations.

What sort of individual should a seeker be? A seeker must be one who is blind to the charms of the world, is inspired with one object and one purpose, and thinking all the while of that alone which may be helpful to them in the attainment of the ideal.

The only way to free ourselves from desires is to divert our attention from them and fix our eyes on the very Real thing.

Some of the qualities that comes through Heartfulness meditation are love, acceptance, humility, service, compassion, empathy and above all a higher purpose to existence.

One beautiful thing that I have learnt over the years is that love attracts. People who have a hard heart and harsh feelings repel grace, whereas a joyful heart attracts grace easily and naturally.

Everything starts from practice. Over time, practice leads to lifestyle and lifestyle leads to destiny.

Learn to love without attachment, because it is attachment which troubles us, not our love.

Try to speak the truth in a way that evokes love out of others.

When prayer is offered with a heart full of love and devotion, it shall never go unheard.
