It’s designed specifically for inner peace, featuring a spacious meditation hall that can comfortably seat 100+ people.

Whether you're looking for community or solitude, there’s a spot for you here. On weekends, the center hums with energy as members gather for group sessions and one-on-one sittings with certified trainers.

It’s a hub for everything from beginner workshops to regional seminars, yet it always remains a quiet refuge for those who just want to sit in silence.

If you’re in the mood for reflection, you can lose yourself in the curated Heartfulness literature within our quiet library.

And when it’s time to reconnect, head over to the pantry and dining area. It’s truly the heart of the center—a joyful space where meals are served with love, nourishing food meets high spirits, and everyone is invited to laugh and socialize together.

The children’s center is a hub to mould and guide the future citizens of the world. The center provides a positive environment to nurture children so that a happier and a more peaceful world may result in the future.

Every Sunday morning, a team of enthusiastic volunteers hosts a variety of children's activities, including Art and Craft, Storytelling, Yoga, and interactive indoor/outdoor sessions like cooking and play-based learning.

At the children’s center, we conduct Value Based Education (VBE) programs, an integral part of Heartfulness Singapore. The goal of VBE activities is to instill good attitude in children which plays an important role in moulding their character.

“I like how everything is distributed equally fair and square and on top of all of that I like the part where we get to do practical life, practical life meaning crocheting, and I like how aunty Geetha, very patiently, shows us how to crochet“

VBE activities help children to understand each other and to become buddies for life. Children are trained to facilitate Heartfulness Relaxation for adults at the center and for their families.

Looking back at 2025, the Heartfulness Children’s Center hosted several memorable events, including family outing to St. John’s Island and Children's outing to Bukit Batok Nature Reserve. 

The center also continues its annual tradition of celebrating festivals like Diwali and Chinese New Year, where children showcase and sell their own handmade creations.
