I am now a retiree, spending my time in Heartfulness meditation, travel, hiking, and long walks. My journey into Heartfulness began in early 2018, when a neighbour invited me to join a Wednesday group meditation. I thought, why not? That simple moment marked the beginning of my Heartfulness journey, and the rest, as they say, is history. I have been with Heartfulness ever since, with no intention of leaving.
As a Christian, I continue to follow my faith while also attending Heartfulness group meditation on Wednesdays and Sundays. I find that this practice suits me well—it complements my life rather than conflicts with it.
