Heartfulness presents
A 20-session certificate course for students on life-skills and holistic well-being through Heartfulness practices for self-development and inner-excellence.
Telangana Board of Intermediate Education and Heartfulness Education Trust are collaborating in offering the HELP program to the BIE students of Telangan. Given the current pandemic situation, we are offering our HELP program completely online ensuring equal effectiveness through interactions and experiential learning. The proposal is to offer the HELP program completely free of charge to 1-lakh BIE students of Govt. and Govt. Aided colleges of Telangana over the entire duration of the academic year 2021-2022.
ABOUT US
Heartfulness Education Trust (HET) was born from the vision that the most effective way to transform society in a generation is to provide teachers with the opportunity and tools for change and empower them to transform their students. HET comes under the umbrella of a group of organizations, including Shri Ram Chandra Mission (SRCM), Sahaj Marg Spirituality Foundation (SMSF), and Heartfulness Institute (HFI). Together they work towards social transformation by offering Heartfulness methods for individual change. The Heartfulness education programs are completely secular and “Evidence Based” programs with a basis on scientific approach and direct perception for holistic growth and overall well-being. As of February 2021, the HELP program (Heartfulness: Experience Life’s Potential) for students of grades 10 to 12 has already covered over 500,000 students across the country and is designed and positioned to scale in a very large way over the coming years.

Course Outline
Every HELP session will cover a unique topic on life-skills and well-being, followed by practical experiential session on Heartfulness tools and techniques. A typical session breakup is as follows:
Topic-related presentation and interaction
Experiential session on Heartfulness Meditation tools
Q&A and follow-up
Topic-related presentations will be guided by high-quality presentations and video content on these various topics. Topics will include various elements of science, activities, stories, quotes and morals, which are built into the presentations. The content will equip the presenter with interactive tools to engage with the students and communicate the message in a subtle yet powerful way, where the students learn through interactions, surveys and discussions.
Impact Assesment
HELP is an “evidence-based” program founded in science and research with defined outcomes and impact. Monitoring and evaluation are done with baseline and end-line measurements to determine the effect of the program on specific qualities of the students. Monitoring will be done using questionnaires, interviews, in-depth case studies, and additional psychometric tools. The research article published in IJDR1 indicates how the overall student’s self-esteem levels had increased significantly ( < 0.05) after the intervention of HELP program. On key parameters like “Stress, Happiness and Attention (focus)”, significant improvements have been observed in students as shown in these charts below.
Testimonials
The HELP program has already offered this course to more than 5-lakh students across the country. Here are a few testimonials from students and educators who have benefited from this course
Student Feedback
Respect to my lovely teachers those who made me confident because of HELP lessons which make me improve my self-confidence. First of all the lessons which I learnt by Heartfullness education is:
1. Power of thoughts: Negative thinking make a person on wrong way & positive thinking make a person on right way)
2. Communication skills: Listening is most important for right decisions)
3. Aspiration is highest: when we aspire big then we can inspire others
4. Courage & confidence: When courage is their in us then automatically confidence comes in
5. Leadership skills: Mentally good person can be a good leader in life)
6. Time management: Time is precious in our life so give priority to time
7. Decision making: Thinking calmly can help us to make right decisions.
The main key points which I like the most is 3H ( head, health, heart) , 3 Gates ( Is it kind, is it necessary, is it true) .And the most important once is meditation ( Relaxing in morning, cleaning in evening)
Thank you to those hard working teachers and Help Heartfullness education because kindness matters.
