In these three free one-day masterclasses, Daaji, a yoga master who has been practicing for forty years, will teach you the essential elements of heartfulness practice. No prior meditation is needed to join and gain benefits, and you’ll quickly find yourself loving and embracing the art of meditation.

The ‘Relax’ masterclass will be available throughout the day. It runs for 45 minutes.

Expand consciousness
Day one introduces you to two elements of heartfulness: relaxation and mediation. The goal of this masterclass is to help you relax and focus on the most ideal aspiration. Heartfulness is a method of being at peace and contentment with what we experience. An example is in eating a mango: if you eat a mango, and it is good, do you need to eat five or six other mangos to compare it? No, you simply enjoy the mango. We only search and compare when our hearts are not yet satisfied. When our hearts connect, we need no further proof.

The ‘Clean and Rejuvenate’ masterclass will be available online throughout the day. It runs for 45 minutes.

Simplify
Day two is the cleaning practice, a rejuvenation and detox technique that will help you let go of stress and the complexities of life. This is no medicinal detox: this is a detox of your mind. It is useful at the end of the day to let go of stress and complex emotions and will leave you feeling light and refreshed. If misused, the fire of our emotions can get out of control and destroy our happy family, friendships and peace of mind. Bitterness, envy, rage, revenge, loss of self-confidence and more can all occur when we allow these emotions to build up within our hearts. By addressing these emotions through the daily detoxification of our minds, we can restore individual peace and promote happiness.

The ‘Connect’ masterclass will be available online throughout the day. It runs for 35 minutes.

With your inner self
The Connect Masterclass is designed to help you connect to your inner self by listening to the heart’s voice. Observe your deepest feelings, make wise choices to weave your own destiny. When you see clearly through being connected to your inner self, you will be able to choose a path for you that is grounded in heartfulness and 360 degree awareness. Is There Any Charge For the Masterclass?
