Burnout is a state of emotional or mental exhaustion combined with doubts about one’s competence and the value of work coupled with a feeling of lack of personal accomplishment. Burnout can take a serious toll on health, performance, career prospects, psychological well-being, and relationships. How to lead a life that helps us live well and prevent deleterious consequences of stress and burnout? Does meditation practice help? Does science support these practices? In this webinar, we will discuss the practical benefits of meditation.
