There are two levels of the Teachers Training program that the Heartfulness Institute currently offers: INSPIRE (LEVEL 1) PROGRAM and INVOLVE (LEVEL 2) PROGRAM. Both these programs are 3-day residential programs.

INSPIRE PROGRAM (LEVEL 1): This is mainly for teachers who are not yet exposed to the Heartfulness tools of Meditation, Relaxation, Rejuvenation and Introspection. This program includes the following elements.

• Introduction and Practice of Heartfulness tools
• Education and Heart-centered Teaching / Learning
• Teachers concerns and challenges
• Multiple Intelligence and Learning Styles
• Life Skills (Listed by WHO and used in CBSE Life Skills Curriculum)
• Scientific rationale for relaxation and meditation
• Brief introduction to Conscious Living course material

INVOLVE PROGRAM (LEVEL 2): This is mainly for teachers who are already Hearfulness practitioners and the program is mainly focused on training teachers to take Conscious Living Syllabus to students of classes 1 – 10 and Heartfulness tools to students of classes 11 – 12. This program includes the following elements.

• Introduction and Practice of Heartfulness tools
• Approaches, methods and activities to inculcate values
• Facilitation Skills
• Soft Skills, Self-Awareness, Creating Thinking
• Life Skills (Listed by WHO & used in CBSE Life Skills Curriculum)
• Introduction to Conscious Living Lesson Plans
• Extensive workshop mode group activities on Conscious Living Lesson Plans

The LEVEL 1 program is basically to INSPIRE teachers to take a Heartful approach to living and teaching. It builds various skills in the teachers to fundamentally take a heart-centered approach to teaching, connecting and communicating with students.

The LEVEL 2 program is a more focused program for teachers who are ready to INVOLVE and conduct programs in schools to enable their colleagues to practise Heartfulness tools and implement Conscious Living Curriculum for students. This program deals with some elements of the INSPIRE program at a deeper level and comprises of more experiential components of Conscious Living curriculum.

Note: Those who want to register for Level 2 Program are expected to spare time for the following:

• Conducting similar programs in their schools & other schools
• Maintain regular contact with the trainers
• Send periodical reports / feedback
• Collect testimonials
• Attend and conduct refresher courses
