Job Description


Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Ed. preferred / Minimum requirement – graduate
  • Willingness to travel (must have the family support/necessary permission for this)
  • Must be energetic & enthusiastic
  • Preferably a practising abhyasi
  • Knowledge of English + local language is a must
  • Computer literate – at least basic MS Office / Internet etc.
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be a team player / easy to interact with
  • Commitment of at least two academic years to work as a Resource Person
  • Between 40 & 48 hours a week – flexible hours to suit school requirements
  • Must be passionate and dedicated to teaching profession and possess a positive attitude of enabling and empowering teachers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strong foundation in Heartfulness and Heartfulness Education programs
  • Confident to explain our Heartfulness Education programs to school management
  • Comfortable with our “Training for Teachers” and “Curriculum for Students”
  • Fully support 5 – 10 schools with regular visits to these schools on a rotation basis
  • Confident to conduct INSPIRE program along with TUs
  • Confident to conduct THW lesson plans in the classroom
  • Confident to conduct HEART sessions for teachers along with TUs
  • Confident to conduct HELP sessions in the classroom
  • Establish & maintain a good relationship with school SPOC
  • Work with the school to set up time slots for training sessions
  • Assist teachers as required to conduct THW lesson plans when present
  • Optionally, in teacher’s absence, conduct the lesson plan
  • Provide feedback to the schools as required
  • Liaise with Program Manager / TU members
  • Identify potential champions among teachers and groom them along with TUs.
  • Submit periodic reports to HET backend team
  • Administrative interactions with school and HET backend team
  • Any other relevant duties that may come up related to these schools

Brief Terms of Appointment


  1. Probation period : 3 months for training of Heartfulness Education Programs, including a 8 week program SRCM, Adalaj Ashram, Ahmedabad
  2. Remuneration during probation : Rs.10000 per month + Travel Allowance
  3. Remuneration After probation : Rs.20000 per month + Travel Allowance
  4. Contract period : 11 months
  5. Employee of Heartfulness Education Trust, Hyderabad
  6. 6.Place of posting : Anywhere in Gujarat
