Core Principle: Self-Determined Learning
Self-Paced Absorption: “The course themes, content, activities and rich body of supporting resources and materials will be provided like a drip irrigation at a rate that you can enable your inner capacities.”
Focus on Experience: The course is an experience-based learning program, not a training program. The goal is to move beyond simply knowing (“nice- to-know information”) to experience-based knowledge and wisdom.
The 5 E Approach (Meta-Cognition)
Experimental & Experiential Learning: Learners must “do” (Experimental) to move to “being” (Experiential), where the external practice becomes an internal conviction.

Mandatory Self-Practice (Capability Development)
