Sarala Upadhya

Dr. UPDHYA has a PhD and previously worked in a professional engineering college at Bangalore University, enjoying her time of mutual learning with her students and colleagues. She is a Heartfulness trainer, and feels that much joy and wisdom in life can be found by connecting with others through everyday moments and being open to learning from them.
