This programme, designed for the Youth of Heartfulness, builds on the concepts introduced in the Introduction to Heartful Communication webinar with Liz Kingsnorth.

As we all live busy lives and are often involved with several things at once, this course offers you a way to take your HC journey further in your own time and pace. It will show you some tools that you can practically integrate into each aspect of your life – in school or work, with family and friends, in your volunteer commitments, and in your spiritual journey.

This programme spans five weeks, and includes a blend of self-guided study through an online portal, along with weekly Zoom calls conducted by trained HC facilitators where participants can discuss the concepts covered during the week, do guided exercises, and connect with the other students. The course will begin with an Orientation call with all participants in the batch, where you will be given an introduction to HC and be guided through the course format and how to access the portal content.

The self-learning content includes a variety of material from Heartfulness and NVC, including articles, videos, interactive quizzes, discussion prompts and reflection exercises.
