Wise people from ancient times to the modern day have all valued the qualities of loving kindness, compassion, resilience in times of hardship and suffering, peace, and the wisdom of the heart. In fact, these are all qualities associated with the heart.
In the field of well-being and self-care, we often hear people talking about emotional intelligence (EQ), social intelligence (SoQ) and spiritual intelligence (SpQ) being just as important as mental intelligence (IQ). What do these terms mean? Essentially, they are just modern terms for mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. In fact, when we read the biographies of people known for their great minds, like Ashtavakra, Patanjali, Plato, Aristotle, Da Vinci, Newton, Swami Vivekananda, Ramanujan, Einstein and Bohm, we find that they nurtured all the Qs. In this webinar we will discuss the Qs as various types of intelligence, progressing to deeper and deeper levels until they blossom as wisdom, with the continuing expansion of our Consciousness through this journey.
