As of 2018, about 35 million people were meditating in North America. The Heartfulness meditation system is supported by more than 50,000 general volunteers including more than 13000 trainers, and it continues to grow exponentially. Let’s explore the bridges between Mindfulness and Heartfulness practices. What can we learn from each of them for the benefit of all?
