This 10 session webinar series will provide insights on effective leadership without direct control or authority. As organizations move to increasingly matrix structures and adopt project / strategic initiative models vs. traditional functional models, this ability to lead through influence will become key to success. We will interview very successful leaders that have proven track records of navigating this type of change and have not only been there and done that, but have also coached other leaders to make this shift.
Speaker/Co-Host: Ravi Venkatesan Ravi Venkatesan is an Atlanta based executive serving currently as Chief Technology Officer at USA Technologies. He is a regular public speaker on leadership, technology and wellness topics and also a public speaking coach. He is a heart- based meditation instructor and is passionate about applying meditation to improve workplace relationships and productivity. He has conducted several leadership and wellness programs for multiple companies. Ravi is also a regular panelist and speaker at events including Supernova Atlanta, TAG CIO Round Tables, and events by the Georgia CIO Leadership Association.
