Are negative emotions bad all the time?
When people experience negative emotions, they tend to feel stuck or confused, as if everything is hazy. It affects our ability to see things clearly.
If there was a way to shine light through this confusion, would you use it?
Ichha will be speaking about a research model that was developed by ICHARS (Institute of Clinical Hypnosis and Other Related Sciences). It works as a guide to process what we feel. During this process of understanding our feelings and the way it affects us, we slowly shift our focus from the problem to the solution.
This is our flashlight in the dark!
