As a Alkaline coach and plant-based cook, she helps people through her coaching services, and to take charge of their own health, and make cooking healthy, and delicious. Simonne has been practising Heartfulness meditation since the past 25 years and has been recently trained as a certified trainer of Heartfulness meditation.
This has improved her intuition and her ability to handle the challenges in life and develops her awareness to make conscious lifestyle choices. Heartfulness meditation also helps her to stay balanced and easily manage stressful situations.
