          <p>
            A self-study group consisting of 4 to 5 members willing to come
            together every week for 90 minutes to learn and practice Heartful
            Communication skills over 20 weeks typically.
          </p>

          <p>Any and all Heartfulness practitioners.</p>

      <h3 class="title_heading pb-4">Process of registration&nbsp;</h3>

      <p>◾  A study group consists of 4-5 members.</p>
      <p>
        ◾ One member(coordinator of the group) can register the  group by filling this form: <a href="https://forms.gle/jhuWXF3wPpX95CTb7" target="_blank">Register Now</a>
      </p>
      <p>
        ◾ Registered group will be assigned a HC guide for a one time only FAQ session to clarify any doubts.
      </p>
      <p>
        ◾ After the first session, the registered study group meets every week.
      </p>
      <p>
        ◾ The learning materials will be shared with the group coordinator after registration. 
      </p>
	  <p>◾ The coordinator forwards the materials to the whole group. </p>

      <p>◾ To explore basic aspects of HC.</p>
      <p>
        ◾ To learn respectfully and fruitfully
        together as peers. [the coordinator has a practical role only and has no more authority than any other group member].
      </p>

        ◾ To practice how to implement learning into their lives.
      </p>

      <h3 class="title_heading pb-4">Materials provided</h3>

      <p>◾ Study material and weekly session guidelines.</p>
      <p>
        ◾ Participants can use these guidelines to conduct their own
        sessions. This will be demonstrated in the first session by an HC
        guide.
      </p>
      <p>
        ◾ It is recommended that participants purchase the following books:
      </p>

      </p>
      <p class="note">
        Lucy Leu: Nonviolent Communication Companion Workbook
      </p>

      <h3 class="lineheight-ios-38 pb-4"><b>Extended learning through the "Giraffe" programme.</b></h3>
      <p>◾ Once in every 6 weeks an interactive session is organized for CoC
          groups who have been practicing together for more than 5 weeks.&nbsp;
      </p>
      <p>◾ These sessions enable different CoCs&nbsp; to come together for
          sharing and co-learning.
      </p>
      <p>
        ◾ These sessions are facilitated by a HC mentor.
      </p>

         After completing the study material over 20 weeks, the group can continue as a practice group
