How can I communicate from the heart?

Do you find yourself caught in situations where you are unable to express what you want to say? Are you wary of being misunderstood? Are you concerned about what others may think of you?

Heartful Communication helps us understand and connect with ourselves as well as with others through simple practices and techniques. The weaving in of principles of Nonviolent Communication which was developed by Dr Marshall Rosenberg, gives a depth and a new perspective to understanding human behaviour.

Let us make an honest attempt at understanding, appreciating and resonating with others, which in turn reflects as growth and change within us. Join us on this path of self-discovery and change supported by resources to help strengthen our relationships. The experience is sure to surprise you with the simplicity, depth and effectiveness of the approach. An approach that helps transform our perspective and communicate with love.

Heartful Communication – a step towards being your authentic self!

The webinar will hopefully be the starting point of your HC journey with an incentive to explore this enriching field further. We will supportĀ  you with some initiatives that would sustain your learning and growth in a meaningful way.
