Yes . We have a childrens Center and a visitors lounge with a lovely book collection and internet facility

Bus Routes : Take bus from Mahavir Chowk for Dundahera border and get down at Krishna Chowk. Anand Farms is a landmark on both sides of the road leading to the ashram E rickshaws and Autos are available from Bus stops. Shared Autos from Old Gurgaon are available. Nearest Metro Station is MG Road/ Sikanderpur and the nearest Rapid Metro Station is Cyber City from which you can take autos to reach the Meditation center.

You can donate online through the global website or you can visit Gurgaon Ashram . Cash donations are accepted upto Rs 2000 and for higher amounts you can donate through online or Cheque and collect receipt later

Please submit your request through query mode. We can definitely consider if you volunteer for atleast 2 months on an ongoing or new initiative but a meeting would be required with the center coordinator

A face to face sitting allows the preceptor to better understand your condition ……… There are times when we get tossed about by the whirlwinds of life or find ourselves in perplexing and challenging situations and our minds get entangled and engrossed in resolving issues , we find it very difficult to meditate . There are times of stress and trauma , there are times when for a few days we are unable to practice due to illness or guests in the house or excessive work ………then we must definitely seek a preceptor with whom we can talk and schedule face to face sittings so that we may regain our balance and steady state of mind.
