From June 1 to 21, join a global community gathering daily from Kanha Shanti Vanam for Yoga, Pranayama, and Heartfulness Meditation as we prepare together for International Day of Yoga 2026.
As the celebration approaches, Heartfulness Global Yoga Teachers from around the world will offer sessions in 11 languages, creating a continuous relay of practice across time zones and cultures.

To put Amisha in action, we inviting you to start a journey on June 21st at Kanha Shanti Vanam.
