This week we continue looking at Health and Yoga with 2 great sessions on our Lecture Series: we will learn about Mudras applied in the field of health with Shri Prakash Shah, and will listen to Dr. Shirley Telles about the Research and Yoga. Every morning, be ready on your mat for a heart-based practice of Asanas and pranayama, leading up to meditation with the Heartfulness Yoga School.
