The Heartful Yog Sadhana is a 7-day program in one of our pristine secluded Heartfulness Yoga centre in India where you will experience the real essence of Patanjali Ashtanga Yoga through the practice of asana, pranayama, heartfulness meditation, chanting and studying of the Yoga Sutras.

As a yoga practitioners we can at times lose the connection with what inspired us in the first place, the spark that used to fuel our yoga classes with enthusiasm and dedication. Sometimes we need to pause to bring clarity to our thoughts, rejuvenate ourself with a new energy and vision, to go deeper into our own sadhana.

The Heartful Yog Sadhana is a 07 day residential course dedicated to all yoga practitioners to experience Yoga practices as a whole and nourish them with deep understanding, enthusiasm, joy and inspiration.

The course is located in a special environment, away from the tumult of daily life, where the nature and the spiritually charged atmosphere combine to nourish all the layers of our being.

Through the practice of asana, pranayama, Heartfulness meditation, the study and chanting of Yoga Sutras, this course will give you time to experience, reflect and imbibe the yoga practices and philosophy, to reconnect to the essence of Yoga.

After the course, you will be ready to share and infuse this new quality of being in all your activities.

  • Kriya, Asana and Pranayama
  • Heartfulness Meditation and techniques

  • Yogic diet
  • Shat kriyas (cleansing practices)
  • Guided Yoga classes to improve your postures under the guidance of competent teachers
  • Learning to practice individually with depth and concentration
  • Using the heartfulness tools to go deeper in your practice of meditation
  • Chanting the Yoga Sutras and Bhagavad Gita
  • Bringing clarity through group discussion on traditional Yogic texts
  • Understanding the concept of spiritual Yatra through the lense of Heartfulness Master: Babuji Maharaj (Efficacy of Raja Yoga/ Towards Infinity)
  • Absorbing the essence of Heartfulness Yoga through silent time and self study
  • Accommodation in dorms.

4-6 pm Asana Pranayama class + guided Heartfulness cleaning

7.30pm Bhagavad Gita chanting
8pm Tratak
8.15pm Group meditation
9pm Universal prayer
10pm Lights off
