Daily practice in 3 steps with a pre-recorded material: • Morning Live Yoga asanas for Weight Management with Heartfulness meditation – 30 min from 7 to 7:30 AM IST – recording available • Evening Pranayama and Heartfulness Cleaning – 15 min – pre-recorded • Night Inner connect guided practice – 15 min – pre-recorded

    • 1 hr on Saturdays from 5 to 6 pm IST to understand the science of Yoga for Weight Management – tips from dietician
