We are a drop in the sea of the universe in terms of connectivity with the entire universe. In our fast-paced Western lives, this concept has been long forgotten. Hence, the human race is undergoing suffering in the form of depression, a sense of loneliness, and physical dis-ease (all illnesses in the rise, including cancer with an incidence of 1 out of 2 in the USA). We need to understand who we really are and maintain our non-physical part in order to find peace. Meditation is one of the ways that can help.
Key Take away:
- Rethinking our body, as we are more than our physical bodies
- Taking care of only our physical body is not enough to have a meaningful life and happiness. The part of our body that are invisible to us needs some special maintenance
- Meditation is one of the many ways you can nourish your non-physical part that will reflect also in your physical part as good health, life energy, long life, happiness, purposefulness…
- Scientific benefits of meditation on our body
