J. Frederick Arment lives with his family and friends in Dayton, Ohio. After an early career as a teacher, Arment founded a successful writing and marketing firm,The Arment Group, which is a full-service marketing and communications firm located in Dayton. He is the Founding Director of the global organization International Cities of Peace. In 2014, he became co-chair of the Peace Cities Team with the International Day of Peace NGO Committee working with the United Nations. In 2017, he was invited to become a member of the Ohio Advisory Committee of the Washington-based U.S. Global Leadership Coalition for his role in global development and diplomacy programs. In his not-for-profit work he stewards the member association of cities of peace, which are dedicated to encouraging safety, prosperity, and quality of life as consensus values for families, neighborhoods, and nations.
Anjali Brannon is a Certified Heartfulness Trainer and has been a practitioner of Heartfulness meditation for about 25 years. She has organized numerous Peace events in Dayton for the past several years and works with the Peace Dayton Alliance group to collaborate together on these events. In addition, Anjali has been actively working to make the suburban city of Beavercreek she lives in as an International City of Peace. She is also an Ayurvedic Natural Health Practitioner and owns her own wellness center where she has been practicing for over 17 years.
