GLOW stands for ‘Genuine Loving Outstanding Women’, an initiative by the Heartfulness Institute, is a series of monthly webinars for women, who can login from any corner of the world and participate, learn and benefit from its offerings.

Every webinar focuses on a topic of interest where expert speakers, chosen from women, who are outstanding in their fields, or are influencers and change makers, share their views and perspectives. The loving guidance and nudges received in the positive direction helps women achieve their best in personal, professional lives, with a deep sense of fulfilment and contentment in all aspects of life.

Each webinar also offers an introduction to Heartfulness relaxation and meditation with follow on instructions, if the participants were interested in continuing to learn the system of Heartfulness meditation.
