As promised, we’re sharing further insights into everyday matters that affect us, and this week we will try and get a better understanding of anger. Explore what happens to us when we get angry and how we can master anger and use it for our improvement in this short video. Also, learn why it is good to detox anger and learn the Heartfulness micro-practice to dissolve anger.
