enthusiastic<\/li>\n<li>Preferably a practising abhyasi<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of English + local language is a must<\/li>\n<li>Computer literate \u2013 at least basic MS Office \/ Internet etc.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Must be a team player \/ easy to interact with<\/li>\n<li>Commitment of at least two academic years to work as a Resource Person<\/li>\n<li>Between 40 &#038; 48 hours a week \u2013 flexible hours to suit school requirements<\/li>\n<li>Must be passionate and dedicated to teaching profession and possess a positive attitude of enabling and empowering teachers.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div class=\"padd-b50 text-center\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12 job-description align-left\">\n<h3 class=\"theme-color gotham-medium\">Roles &#038; Responsibilities<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong foundation in Heartfulness and Heartfulness Education programs<\/li>\n<li>Confident to explain our Heartfulness Education programs to school management<\/li>\n<li>Comfortable with our \u201cTraining for Teachers\u201d and \u201cCurriculum for Students\u201d <\/li>\n<li>Fully support 5 \u2013 10 schools with regular visits to these schools on a rotation basis<\/li>\n<li>Confident to conduct INSPIRE program along with TUs<\/li>\n<li>Confident to conduct THW lesson plans in the classroom<\/li>\n<li>Confident to conduct HEART sessions for teachers along with TUs<\/li>\n<li>Confident to conduct HELP sessions in the classroom<\/li>\n<li>Establish &#038;
